Your Tailored Personal Training
we will learn with our personal trainer to train at home, outdoors, in winter, in summer, individually and/or in groups.
We want you to know how to feed yourself and train according to the moment in which you find yourself, and thus know all the necessary tools to achieve your goals and adapt your diet and training to these based on your personal, emotional or even professional moment.
We will accompany you to know what are the limiting patterns that do not let you start, achieve or consolidate your goals. Likewise, you will learn the importance of emotional management in any aspect of your life and how this lack of emotional management also influences the consequences of our goals, both nutritional and physical.
